Fixed Rate Mortgage

A fixed-rate mortgage offers you consistency that can help make it easier for you to set a budget. Your mortgage interest rate, and your total monthly payment of principal and interest, will stay the same for the entire term of the loan.

Adjustable-Rate Mortgage

An adjustable-rate mortgage, or ARM, is a home loan with an interest rate that can change periodically. This means that the monthly payments can go up or down. Generally, the initial interest rate is lower than that of a comparable fixed-rate mortgage.

FHA

An FHA loan is a government-backed mortgage insured by the Federal Housing Administration. FHA home loans require lower minimum credit scores and down payments than many conventional loans, which makes them especially popular with first-time homebuyers.

VA

The VA loan is a $0 down mortgage option available to Veterans, Service Members and select military spouses. VA loans are issued by private lenders, such as a mortgage company or bank, and guaranteed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

Jumbo

A jumbo loan (or jumbo mortgage) is a type of financing where the loan amount is higher than the conforming loan limits set by the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA).

USDA

USDA loans are zero-down-payment mortgages for rural homebuyers. They’re mainly for borrowers or properties that would not normally qualify for a traditional conforming mortgage.

Investment Property

An investment property refers to a real estate property acquired to obtain a return on the investment by rental income, the property's potential resale, or both.

Rehab Loan

An FHA 203(k) rehab loan, also referred to as a renovation loan, enables homebuyers and homeowners to finance both the purchase or refinance along with the renovation of a home through a single mortgage
